Agent

Telegram assistant for freight operations

Each workspace can run a Telegram bot for staff. Operators ask in plain language, send voice notes for transcription, and receive approval prompts as one-tap actions. Drivers and clients can share the same bot identity model without getting agent chat privileges.

What problem it solves

Ops questions and CMR approvals interrupt the desk all day. Putting status, pricing context, and approvals in Telegram keeps the workflow where the team already lives.

How it works

  1. Connect a workspace bot via the managed 4logist.ai bot or a pasted token.
  2. Staff link their chat with a personal deep link from the dashboard.
  3. Ask questions or approve packets; voice is transcribed with Whisper.
  4. Unknown chats are refused — strangers cannot reach the agent.

Frequently asked questions

Can a stranger DM the bot and get order data?

No. Unlinked private chats are refused. Only linked principals (staff, drivers, clients) are routed.

Do drivers get the same agent tools as managers?

No. Capabilities are role-based. Drivers and clients do not hold agent:chat; staff do.
