Setup
- Open Integrations when Microsoft Connect is available.
- Complete the Microsoft consent screen for the required mail scopes.
- Verify a sample freight email becomes a draft-ready run.
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I use a normal Outlook password?
Microsoft 365 does not allow reliable password IMAP for this product path. Use OAuth when enabled on your deployment.
