AI for freight dispatchers

A dispatcher's day is interrupts: quote this, find that truck, chase that driver. 4logist AI clears the repetitive first pass — RFQ parsing, draft pricing, live driver locations — so your attention goes to the calls that actually need a human.

Quoting without the retyping

When a quote request lands in the connected inbox, the agent extracts origin, destination, weight, and dates, matches your historical lanes, and drafts a reply in the client's language. You open the dashboard to a reviewable draft instead of a blank reply window.

The internal analysis block shows which routes the price came from and at what filter level, so you can sanity-check the number before sending — or override it.

Drivers without a second app

Drivers onboard with a personal Telegram deep link — no new app to install. They share live location in the same bot; you see positions, chat with drivers, and get alerts when a driver goes silent or a route is about to end.

  1. Create a driver in the dashboard and send their personal link.
  2. The driver taps it, opens Telegram, and shares live location.
  3. You see positions and chat in one place; reminders run automatically in your workspace's timezone.

Approvals where you already are

CMR packet approvals and deal nudges arrive in the workspace Telegram as one-tap actions. Voice notes are transcribed, so you can ask about an order from the cab of a car.

Frequently asked questions

Does the agent answer clients directly?

No. It drafts. You review, edit if needed, and send. The draft gate is unconditional on every channel.

Do drivers see other drivers' data?

No. Access is capability- and assignment-scoped: drivers only hold driver capabilities, and dispatcher scope narrows to assigned drivers once assignments exist.
